Algonquin Cabins

We have a wide variety of accommodations from camp grounds to overnight cabins. Or you may choose to upgrade your stay by lodging at our log cabin that sleeps 12 or choose from one of our 3 cottages beside the lake.  Couples may choose to paddle out to our private island getaway.

Overnight Lakeside Bunkhouse Accommodations

lakeside-cabinMake the best of your stay at Algonquin by resting up a night before your canoe trip at our Lakeside Bunkhouse . The Lakehouse Bunkhouse is situated at Algonquin Park Access #1 on Lake Kawawaymog, right beside the lake and the Voyageur Outfitting canoe launch, where all trips depart. Perfect to have a good night sleep  and then get up and go on your canoe trip adventure. Download driving directions. In the Lakeside Bunkhouse there are 4 rooms each with a different  number of bunks/beds in each. Room #1 has the most with 4 bunks or 8 beds; Rooms #2 has 3 bunks/6 beds; Room #3 has 2 bunks/4 beds and finally Room #4 also has 2 bunks/4 beds. Outside the bunkhouse there are picnic tables, an outdoor shower, and outhouse. Call our office at 416-486-3605 if you have any questions.

The Adventure does not have to end after your Algonquin canoe trip. We have three great accommodations to choose from, all with beautiful wilderness views and settings. Our Algonquin Cottage Outpost features 3 cottages on Kawawaymog Lake, with a large dock to swim and dive off of. Just up the road on Surprise Lake you will find our Algonquin Log Cabin, great for large groups as it sleeps 12. For couples the Algonquin Island Retreat is perfect to relax and get away from the busy life, nominated a top destination by the National post.
